Hi! I am Ellie Cain! I am a mental performance consultant who is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology. I am a former gymnast and current optional gymnastics coach. I have my Master's degree from Illinois State University in Sport and Exercise Psychology. I mainly work with youth athletes, but I also have experience working in the collegiate athletic space! I specialize in performance-based sports such as gymnastics, diving, dance, cheerleading, etc. I also have experience working with athletes in track and field and other individual sports! I have a passion for helping athletes achieve their goals and realize their full athletic potential!
